All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Returns are accepted only for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items

actual picture of area damaged & delivery receipt.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost , unless the item is damaged or incorrect. All return guidelines must be followed in order for MadGolfThreads to cover shipping costs
Order Cancellations
Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping,
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Standard U.S. shipping 7-14 business days after order is processed.
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Mad Golf Threads is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect delivery address.
International Orders/Returns
Customer fees, duties and taxes, shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
